Having spent years observing my mother’s dedicated work in Nepal’s labour supply sector, I saw first-hand the opportunities and challenges of connecting Nepal’s workforce with global demand. Over the years, I also built my own career in international marketing, where I drove growth for leading companies through data-driven strategies, technology, and customer-first solutions.

With Nepal Hire, I wanted to bring these two worlds together. Our mission is to transform the way blue-collar jobs are sourced, processed, and deployed — making the experience more transparent, technology-enabled, and worker-focused.

At NH, we are not just connecting employers with manpower agencies; we are creating a trusted ecosystem where workers are treated with dignity and employers are assured quality. We are passionate about improving the quality of life for the labour force — from fair and clear documentation to access to ethical recruitment and better working conditions.

As a woman entrepreneur, I am especially committed to using this platform to give back to the community. We want NH to be a catalyst for economic mobility, upskilling, and sustainable livelihoods for workers and their families.
